Mantel Concepts™ LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Custom Fireplace Mantel and the way it is installed in your home, Mantel Concepts guarantees your mantel to be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original location in which it was installed.
Our Promise To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Mantel Concepts will replace or repair any Custom Fireplace Mantel, which is found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation.
Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Custom Fireplace Mantel which fails due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to outdoor elements, or failure of fitment due to improper measurement or installation of the product.
This limited guarantee does not cover, and is intended to exclude, any and all liability on the part of the Mantel Concepts, Inc., whether under this limited guarantee or under any guarantee implied by law, for any indirect consequential damages or breach thereof except as expressly provided above in this limited guarantee, the company hereby negates and disclaims all express guarantees. |
